The lower hall is accessed via 9 stairs. It has 3 south facing non-opening windows. No air conditioning.

Sport Centre building & rink

This separate building is located north of 119 Ave. The building and rink are inside a chain link fence. You enter the building from 86 St, the main room has fixed benches. A door on the opposite side connects to the rink which is a grassy space in the summer and snow or ice space in the winter. No ice rink was made in 2025/26.
Two single bathrooms.

Rentals are available on Fridays and Saturdays.
Most Sundays are not available.
Weekday rentals are available Monday to Friday from 7 am to 5 pm.
Monday and Thursday evenings are not available.

Booking Process

We are currently using a paper contract but will be moving to an online form soon.
You must pay 50% of the rental fee to secure your date. The balance is due 30 days prior to your rental date.
Damage Deposit
Damage Deposit
A $300 refundable damage deposit will be required.
Payment can be made anytime right up until check-in.
Preferred payment method is credit card. Cash or etransfer also accepted.
It will be returned within two weeks based on a post-inspection of your rental.
Discounts
Discounts
Community league members who live in Eastwood get 25% discount on up to 3 rentals per membership year.
Long term renters or nonprofits may be eligible for a discount.
Insurance
Insurance
Most rentals need event insurance.
Check with your personal homeowner's insurance or commercial insurance provider or purchase event insurance from a provider such as: NFP, PALS, Duuo, or Zensurance.
