Our neighbourhood connectors and summer staff are available to help you organize an event with neighbours. We have a variety of equipment, games and supplies to support block events. Check out all the event ideas on this webpage. It's as easy as:

Eastwood Community League members can access the pool or gym at Commonwealth Rec Centre for free just show your card at the front desk.

Come work with your energy in this ancient practice. It is an active and passive meditation with slow movements to open blockages in your system to heal pretty much anything that ails you. It can be done by anyone, anywhere, anytime.

Thursdays, 9:30 - 10:30 am starting April 16.
Join Marlise and Lynne for a one hour walk around the neighbourhood. Everyone is welcome, dogs and strollers too! Meet at the hall main doors.
E-Town A Cappella Choir
E-Town A Cappella Choir
E-Town rehearses on Thursday evenings from September to June. E-Town Minors is a non-auditioned a cappella choir for youth ages 12 - 18, no fees to join, rehearsals Thursdays at 6:00pm. E-Town Augmented is a non-auditioned a cappella choir for adults of all ages, rehearsals Thursdays at 7:45pm. Interested? We hold open rehearsals twice a year. See etownvms.com for more information. Eastwood Community League members are eligible for a 15% discount on fees.

The league has a skating rink and sport centre north of the playground & park. The board did not have the capacity to manage a skating rink in 2025/26. If the rink is going to operate again, it will take a committee of dedicated volunteers. volunteer@eastwoodhub.org
